Six Pack Chicken (“SPCH”) is a brand under Six Pack Bliss, operated by RJN Ventures Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Replacement Policy.
1. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, nutritional information, flavors, and availability are accurate.
Products, packaging, flavors, promotions, and availability may change from time to time.
Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment, delivery coverage, and verification of the information provided.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, incorrect information, unsupported delivery locations, or obvious website or pricing errors.
If a paid order is cancelled by us, any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery fees, will be shown before checkout.
Payments are processed through Xendit and its supported payment methods.
An order requiring online payment is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been successfully processed or verified.
3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, mobile number, delivery address, province, city, order selections, and delivery date.
Please review your order before checkout.
If you request changes after ordering, we will try to accommodate them, but changes may no longer be possible once preparation, packing, or delivery arrangements have started.
4. DELIVERY
Six Pack Chicken products are delivered frozen or chilled.
Delivery areas, fees, available dates, cutoff times, courier arrangements, failed deliveries, and redelivery rules are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Philippine time are scheduled from the next available delivery date for the selected area.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order on the selected delivery date.
The 30-pc Bulk Pack includes free delivery to Bulacan and Metro Manila only. Standard delivery fees apply to other supported areas.

5. FOOD SAFETY AND STORAGE
Customers must follow the storage, handling, heating, and consumption instructions provided with the product.
Frozen or chilled products should be transferred to appropriate temperature-controlled storage promptly after delivery.
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens. Customers with allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements should review available product information or contact us before ordering.
Do not consume a product if the packaging is materially compromised, the product shows signs of spoilage, or there is another reasonable food-safety concern.
6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Because we sell food products, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
7. PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discounts, bundles, free items, and free-delivery offers may have separate conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotions may not be combined
- Offers are subject to availability
- Promotional prices and offers may change or end according to their published terms
8. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You may not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
Six Pack Chicken and Six Pack Bliss branding, logos, product names, packaging designs, photographs, graphics, website content, and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to RJN Ventures Corporation and may not be commercially reproduced or used without authorization.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and operations may use third-party services including Shopify, Xendit, Lalamove, analytics providers, and other service providers.
These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent acts, delays, outages, or failures of third parties that are outside our reasonable control.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights available to customers under applicable Philippine consumer-protection laws.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, operations, website, policies, or legal requirements.
The latest version will be posted on our website together with the updated date.
